Dental Sealant Program

Dental Sealant ProgramThis program was launched in 2009 and it aims at reducing the incidence of dental caries among children aged 8-10 years, in grades four and five, in elementary public schools, thus improving oral health, and preventing dental decay by applying the Dental Sealant technique. This program is executed in collaboration with the Lebanese University dental medicine faculty and the Lebanese Ministry Of Education and Higher Learning. Girls Puberty Awareness Program

Girls Puberty Awareness ProgramThis program started in 2001 in collaboration with the Ministry of National Education and it is totally financed by Procter and Gamble. The main purpose of this program is to promote more awareness of the changes in the girl’s physical and psychological changes during Puberty.

This program targets 17,000 girls annually aged between 11 and 14 years in public and private schools all over Lebanon. Learn More

Healthy Food Campaign at Schools

School Health ProgramThis program aims at decreasing the prevalence of overweight and obesity within the students of public schools and increasing their nutrition knowledge. Interactive nutrition lessons are provided to 4th grade students covering an array of topics such as "My Pyramid for Kids" , how to adopt healthy food choices and the importance of physical activity. Open discussion sessions are also held with parents to provide them with nutrition information and practical tips to use. Learn More
