The Kitchen

The KitchenAjialouna’s Kitchen was launched in 2008. It is a dynamic production area in Ajialouna, as it caters food for all occasions to all areas of Lebanon.

The kitchen team consists of 18 needy women and widows, most of them have been trained in the art of cooking at the American University of Culture and Education (AUCE) in the Kafa’at area, with funding coming from the Lebanon and the Gulf Bank. They work according to quality manufacturing standards in order to cover all the catering requests no matter the amount or type, seven days a week.

The kitchen offers Lebanese cuisine in addition to international cuisine and desserts.

  • It provides kitchen supplies for all occasions (utensils, serving equipment, tables, chairs, sheets, and waiters).
  • It caters for all occasions and lectures held at Ajialouna’s cafeteria
  • It caters for Conferences, parties and home deliveries
  • It caters to Iftar meals for needy people during the month of Ramadan.

The kitchen staff undergoes ongoing training sessions within the Women Empowerment Program.

Ajialouna’s industrial kitchen has received certificates of appreciation from many parties, and its proceeds cover many projects in the association.
